You do not need everything below to show interest. This checklist helps you understand what to prepare before using the secure contracting form.

Get licensed

If you are not licensed yet, complete a Life & Health course, pass your state exam, finish required fingerprinting, and apply through your home state’s Department of Insurance.

Secure E&O coverage

Prepare an Errors & Omissions policy with at least $1 million / $1 million coverage. NAPA Benefits is one available resource.

Have your license details ready

You will need your active resident license number and National Producer Number (NPN) before carrier contracting can be completed.

Prepare for direct deposit

Have checking-account information ready for the secure contracting form. Do not enter banking information in the preliminary application below.
